Strategic Architects provided the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) a digital services strategy and roadmap including capability uplift plans to achieve the vision for digital services that are trusted, reliable and simple to use for all Queenslanders. Strategic Architects identified that there was a need to take a holistic improvement approach to QBCC's customer facing business services to deliver demonstrable improvements and offer an enhanced customer centric experience. Strategic Architects extended the digital services enterprise architecture, strategy and roadmap, and business case to undertake specific work in the enterprise architecture and solution architecture, data and information architecture and the human centred design on the self-service portal. Strategic Architects developed a business case to justify the establishment of a digital portfolio of work to drive business transformation with the aim of guiding QBCC to becoming an efficient and effective outcomes-focused, insights-driven regulator. Strategic Architects were able to justify that QBCC's digital services portfolio is an important component of the QBCC's business strategy and aligns to the QBCC Strategic Plan 2023-2027. Work undertaken by Strategic Architects has contributed to the standing up of a transformational program of work that is currently being delivered.
